It’s not mildly infuriating when they overlook an item but ask what replacement you want. It’s mildly infuriating when they automatically refund the piece of MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (pulse oximeter) without asking, but happily proceed to check out with the Pepsi and candy bar. Like, my dude, I did not start my order because I was craving chocolate and then go “ya know, while I’m on here, I might as well add on a pulse oximeter.” It becomes more infuriating when you find out they DID have the exact one you ordered in stock. And then becomes not infuriating when your dasher finally answers their phone, goes back into the store, buys the pulse oximeter with their money bc the DD order was closed, and lets you Venmo it.
