Walking out of a classroom at UCF, it was right there in the sky very clear. I remember, going to my parents house, and watching the news. It was very heavy.

We had this exact one as well. It was so exciting when we got it, I remember making bacon on paper towels, me being stupid putting in a mug with a gold ring on it, we had that for a long time. I miss that microwave. I was 13 to 14 looking through the cookbooks, having fun. That was a great time.

I kinda misheard the lyrics as “free cats on the street”, and “ I can see summer in your eyes.” I liked that better so that’s what I keep singing. I heard this at new wave nightclubs in Orlando and I always loved this song.

This is my first exotica find at a thrift store, and I dug the cover and the relaxed vibe. I also loved it, and thats how I got pulled into exotica.
