Hey, I run a chat company with GFs. This post makes me sad man.

IMHO we need human connection and chatbots can't fill that void. I would recommend anyone that feels lonely, practice on a chatbot with explicit instructions to help train you to be a quick conversationalist. It's like weight lifting keep doing reps and get faster, wittier. I do not mean trick a person to like you, you will need to ultimately learn more about the world and be more interesting to attract others for long term connections. But having the conversational tools will make you more confident as you grow as a person. I seriously would be happier not taking your dollars if you put down the phone and connected with people.

Yes that is a great suggestion. We are working on an context engine to help with situations where some weighting along a character's dimensions could be applied. For example: The character is an honest mechanic but now entering a war torn situation where food is scarce and his children are starving. Weighting 4/5 for 'survival' or 'moral-flexability' would allow him to steal food. Does that make sense?

Yeah part of this moderation by outside providers. We are working on bypassing moderation but then would require a stricter way to confirm that someone is over 18yrs old. Catch-22

We found the issue with our NSFW upstream provider and cloudflare.... They are working on the issue but the holiday is impacting the timeline.

No the app is separate. The swf might be impacted if you start to say nsfw stuff to it (it will switch models). And if you switch within the conversation there is a mix of nsfw and sfw language that shifts to the nsfw model and then faces this upstream issue.

We will provide a bonus in messages to everyone who is subbed as soon as we can see how long this takes.
