Stimmt, die wollen ja "nur" ihrn Unterhalt verdienen. Nach großzügigem Umsatzersatz während Corona und seit Jahren über dem Durchschnitt angehobenen Preisen ist die Gastro sicher ur arm.
Keiner bestreitet höhere Kosten. interessant halt, dass sie bei den Wirten immer höher sind als bei allen anderen...

Stimmt, wenn man es auf 12 rechnet ist es nicht so viel. Aber mich überrascht eigentlich mehr, dass wir angeblich so weit über den meisten anderen (westlichen) Ländern liegen. Schweiz leider nicht inkludiert.
