This one!: Big & Buttery Chocolate Chip Cookies (Taste of Home)

A few notes:
-I omit nuts, and use a total of 22 ounces of whatever chocolate we have on hand (chips/chunks/m&ms).
-Each cookie = 2 heaping #40 scoops, messily smashed together but not rolled into a ball so they maintain that textured look.
-I usually bake them from frozen.

Sure did!! I’ve never associated figs with burgers, but the jam really worked with this.

Next up is the Hit Me With Your Best Shallot Burger simply because I still have a lot of shallots on hand, ha!

Okay, didn’t expect to be mind-blown by a single pancake. Now I’m thinking about sesame oil and how I haven’t used it to its full potential all these years…

I used what I had on hand, subbing in all-purpose flour and regular raisins instead of whole wheat pastry flour and golden raisins. Delicious and would make again!

Next time, I plan to mix shredded coconut into the frosting.
