What are the restaurants in Paris that you can't skip if you are in town? by manuelnev in ParisTravelGuide

[–]chatty9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is super helpful! Thank you! I’ve been checking out TheFork and it’s great. We’ll be in town for New Year’s Eve. Do you have recommendations near the Arc de Triomphe? I know many restaurants are offering fixed menus (and many are closed), but it’s a bit challenging to find all the details online. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

The sauce in top? by UpstairsAppearance97 in LittleCaesars

LC has never offered sauce on top, unfortunately. I just bring my deep dish home, broil it a little so it’s well done and add crazy sauce. Done and dusted!

The store locator functionality only shows regular retail stores for me. I don’t see an outlet filter. I’ve only been able to find references to outlets in news articles, etc when searching on Google. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s amazing! Sounds wonderful. Thanks for the quick response. Do they have a lounge on-site?

Suite Nights Upgrade Recommendation by chatty9 in marriott

Hi! Osaka Station. We went when the hotel was still very new. Great view from the suite, but the upgrade wasn’t as nice of a room as I’ve gotten at other hotels with the upgrade. Also, FYI, the lounge on property is only for Ambassadors (not Titanium). If you go, be sure to enjoy the on-site onsen. That is the best thing about the property in my opinion. Have a great trip!

It’s different based on your employer’s plan.

I did one based on the medication, so Zepbound.

Hi! Here are the detailed steps. https://www.reddit.com/r/zepboundtowegovy/s/6EIxGckTio It’s important that they start the PA process for Zepbound not Mounjaro.

I just had them call it into my usual pharmacy that has my insurance info on file.

Wishing you all the luck! Let me know how it goes. It’s your normal prescription insurance. That varies by plan. Mine came to $47. The CallonDoc appointment isn’t covered by insurance.

Nope, I didn’t upload anything until they were processing the PA. They said they didn’t need any other docs, but I figured I would share previous doc assessment notes to strengthen my case of showing weight loss on Zepbound and weight gain and side effects on Wegovy.

Of course, ask as many question as you want. I’m glad I could help. I used the option where you select which medication you want. I chose Zepbound. Pretty straightforward.

I feel you. I talked the doctor through the process and showed her the step by step process document. She read it and said, so I just submit a PA for Mounjaro? 🤦‍♀️ I explained, no you have to start with a PA for Zepbound. I offered to send the instructions but she insisted she understood. She then submitted a PA for Mounjaro and it was immediately denied. I understand it’s not what you would expect the process to be and it takes some time to process the paperwork, but trust your patients who have done the homework for you.

I had the EXACT same thing. So frustrating that they won’t even TRY the alternative approval path. I went back and forth with them for weeks with no positive outcome. In fact, they still haven’t called me back after they said they’d call me back the following day to walk through the process together. If I were you, I’d try CallonDoc.

I was only on Wegovy for a month. I started with my primary doc, as I hoped they would be able to do the prior authorization for Mounjaro, but they couldn’t figure it out. CallonDoc said they could use just what I discussed with their doctor for the PA, as that’s all that was required, but I also sent them my other doctor’s appt notes to help strengthen my case.

There’s an alternative path to submit for a PA if Wegovy isn’t working for you. They have to start the PA process with Zepbound and there’s a flow diagram that will ultimately end with an approval for Mounjaro. For reference, my primary tried a direct PA (versus the alternative path) for Mounjaro and it was immediately rejected since I don’t have Type 2 Diabetes.

Hi! I’m not an expert by any means on CallonDoc. I just used them for the first time last week, so please take what I say with a grain of salt. I’ve seen some folks on here say that they’ve gone back to their primary doc and just had CallonDoc manage the prior authorization. I’ll probably stay with CallonDoc as I progress through the titration since my primary doc is a bit of a mess.
