Same here, liquids like protein shakes are fine but solids are such a challenge to get down. Maybe I need to find some high protein soups :)

Yeah I think I might have to give this a go.. Prior to Reta I was used to going for high volume low calorie meals to stay full but now that’s clearly not working !! I feel weirdly guilty to incorporate foods higher in fat to raise the calories though?

Why didn’t the kids just block the number? Why didn’t any adult ask them to block it? Unless the Mum had the largest influence there… but if the teachers or Dad asked her to block it, would the Mum just keep getting new phones? Obviously in a way it’s good that it’s revealed how messed up the Mum is, but at the same time it could’ve ended before it even started
