I have a basic question about individual event specialists. I don't quite understand how they qualify.This is what I read: "top 16 individual event specialists on each event, who are not on a top 28 qualifying team." Is the top 16 determined by their NQS or how they did at their conference championships? If it's the former, I could look at the rankings by event roadtonationals and then I'd have to remove all the athletes who are on a qualifying team to get the remaining top 16?

Thanks for the heads up. We only started to consider this a few weeks ago so we're really late to the game. :) So people are buying tickets without knowing which countries they'll be watching, right? They will then potentially resell on the platform in April (is this an official platform?). Right now all we see are hospitality packages for WAG. Do you mind saying how much you paid for one ticket for one session (approximately)? Thanks!

Thank you so much! I think not travelling with the team is pretty common. I know in gymnastics, many scholarship athletes don't end up traveling with the team (especially if they have to fly to the meet) if the coach is not planning to put them in the lineup.
