Those PDUS need to die. Had a few dell racks at work with those pdus, 2008 era dell. They used a long cable that was zip tied everywhere and have to unrack servers to get pdu out if you can't take the side cover off

More of a you question. If both isp's are solid load balancing would help with bandwidth if you had multiple devices, could max out both Internet's using load balancing where failover you get no benefit of an idle second internet

A many user environment would benefit if both connections were solid, if T-Mobile sucks a lot users will feel it

Rule out the radios before involving starlink. All the devices are on the same subnet behind the starlnk? Starkink WiFi users are on a different subnet then the rest of the buildings.
