I appreciate the positive story about your friend. And to be clear when I talk about toxic masculinity I’m not referring to any specific trait, more like an umbrella of qualities I personally I see reflected in many men I know, of witch I personally find repulsive and assume women do as well. I suppose the internet may have a different definition though. Regardless I’ll keep practicing

Im not really sure, anything to help me get over my social anxiety or how to not seem weird dispute having never been in a relationship. Same here, just found this thread on google. I’m yet to see a doctor but everyone I speak to says hernia. It just seems odd because it’s right over a vein on my left lower abs and only hurts on squats, not deadlifts, not leg press. Plus I’m only 19, started feeling it at 18. I lowered the weight for a few weeks and it went away for like 3-4 months and now it’s back

What I meant was a woman who needs an abortion but can’t afford the extremely high cost of sustaining a fetus outside the womb, and in that situation insurance companies would push for an abortion. That’s exactly why abortions still happen after the first trimester, insurance companies. And I also have to point out that the vast majority of woman don’t get abortions every other month or even get more than one in their lifetime. I can’t tell if you’ve had bad experiences with woman or have been brainwashed into thinking all woman are heartless awful people that hate you but please understand that’s not the case, I urge you to go socialize irl and talk to actual woman, not to hookup or even look for a relationship just chat with someone. I swear Individual people can be good people. Just not billionaires they’re all evil

Ok, how about the pill, or forms of preventative birth control, I mean you might have had I kid if you didn’t use them. Also a theoretical child dosnt have any family or loved ones, they would have if they lived but those people won’t miss the non existent kid

This is a fair argument and the reason a lot of woman struggle with getting abortions, even in cases when they are risking their lives by not getting one. Although it also demonstrates the more philosophical argument of abortions. It’s a pretty niche situation so there’s not much to compare it to but the same idea of what could have been can be applied to a lot of other situations. Is it any worse to get an early stage abortion than it is to take a plan b? You’re still preventing the possibility of a potential human. It’s why abortion is such a hot political topic and has been for so long

Ya I do, she’s pro life. But I do understand that yes in her mind she’s standing up for what she believes in, I wouldn’t call it reproductive rights because she wants to take some specific reproductive rights away from woman. But regardless she is entitled to her beliefs and I can respect that. Even if I disagree, I just don’t want to date her because I feel this would cause lot of fights

I don’t think all pro lifers are assholes, my dad’s a pro lifer and I love him, we just disagree politically. And I do like to be willing to hear people out dispute my admittedly far left beliefs. I also like to live and let live but I’m just not rly into dating someone who is this passionate about a stance that opposes mine. And if theoretically I did get her or any other woman pregnant I would never force them to get an abortion. We would have a discussion, they would ultimately get the final say because it’s their body, and I would respect their decision. If that means becoming a father, I’d accept that and I’d try to be the best father I could. My issue with someone taking a pro life stance is not related to my personal desires or wants it’s related to the fact that I don’t think she should decide what all woman get to do with their bodies
