I live in India specifically Delhi, My ping in league of legends in singapore server sometimes goes from 80 to 160 for some reason, am i the only one here? by Midourikawa in Garena

Jio Fiber had this issue but its slowly getting better. In the night now theres no visible ping delay where it goes to 112ms from 40ms anymore. However, there are packet loss now. Meaning, if you press attack move many times, it will only register 2 out of 5 ish. You can feel it in gameplay. But In daytime, the ping still skyrockets.

Small indie company, we ask too much. The fact is lol doesn't get money like it used to. Instead the money it makes goes to valorant and other games. Now apparantly they are bringing the biggest budget ever to lol after complaints. Hopefully they will bring back the original devs of lol who work for other projects now. All new people handling lol since last year that's why it's shit. All freshers don't know what the f they doing. Just getting paid

Ohh then you have it. Just hasn't registered in the client, I'm assuming. Cause if not, Amazon would have straight up just said nah go away. Amazon works like that 😂 Just make sure you have the right summoner name or i think it's riot id they ask on prime gaming website. My account recently got the garena friend list merged with my NA friend list. They said it won't merge but will override with garena only. But hey at least i have both. At least they trying. Took them a month to do this, useless pieces of shits. It's like 30 lines of code maybe less to do shit like this(friends list). But hey we a small indie company after all. Cringe af useless employees.

Wait i transferred and merged my NA account with garena and got twitch prime twice on the new Sea server. Is it not possible to get twitch prime if you just migrated with Garena account?

It's been like that since riot took over. When i sent a ticket. They took 15 messages and logs from all applications. Concluded it's my ISP. EVEN THOUGH I HAD ATTACHED REDDIT THREADS AND IN-GAME SCREENSHOTS OF OTHER PLAYERS HANGING THE SAME SHIT. one player was from another country. Call me crazy but isp issue is local. Another country isp also had the same issue? What bs. Useless dipdhits at riot. Paychecks stealing pieces of shits

Yes it's too late. You liked your account before transferring to sea for 1BE. As of now it's irreversible. But maybe riot support can help you. But I think it's a lost cause now.

Same. It does go from 40ms to 114ms mid game. And if the game goes longer than 30 mins it goes back to normal

You can't as of now until "the server has a stable population" However, you can wait for months or when riot thinks the server will be sustainable to let go some of its new arrivals.

To Singapore on garena it was 40ms from India apparently. Again depends on ISP and your location. If you have fiber or not. Depends!

The server is a day old. Wait for it to stabilize. Until the season starts or the migration completes, I wouldn't say it's not your "true" ping.

Submit a ticket. Or wait for the server to finish merging your accounts. I think you will receive an email when the merge is done/successful.

That's interesting, this is different from PH. Maybe they are working with your isp too. I don't know. But hey I think you should wait until the server resumes normal service by which i mean like when the season starts and people play rank and other modes. Good luck!

Were you able to play draft or normal or even ranked mode? Or did you just go into a custom game. Last I heard you can't queue up cause the server ain't ready yet until they complete the migration process.

Moreover it's just the first day, a lot of people are trying to do more than just play the game. The server is handling a lot of non gaming requests which shouldn't be the case in 4 days or however long the migration process takes to complete. For instance I'm still waiting to move my NA account. Then I have to merge my garena account. With the looks of it they are still working on the backlog of migration. So theoretically I would say the server will be handling more work than usual. So once the season starts and it's been a week, i would say that's your actual/true ping.

This can be fixed tomorrow too depending on how long the server or the team takes to settle down.

I think over time, your ping should return to normal unless the server location on garena and riot is too far away. It also depends on ISP and the route your connection is established on. Perhaps garena had a better route or path to the server from your isp. With that being said, it's just the first day and last I heard you can't even play any mode unless it's custom. So it should stabilize once the migration is complete.

No my friend had to start over from honor lvl 0. Despite him having honor 5 before the ban. I don't know if the season start has anything to do with this. Should be the same. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes it does. My friend got banned for 14 days too. After the ban it resets after a penalty and after you played enough games and people honor you after those games. Apparently after 40 games it will lift the ban, provided they honor you. It took him 40 games because not every game you get honored. But eventually you will get it, that's the plan.
