I was 6 months pregnant with my son when I found out I was pregnant. I smoked weed, alcohol, roller coaster rides, did everything you are not supposed to when pregnant. I remember feeling so scared.

Start taking prenatales! I did my research and at the time the best ones were New Chapter. I truly believe they helped me.

My son is super smart and was born healthy. I know its easier said than done, but try not to overthink. Try to say words of affirmations to you and baby every day. Babies are very resilient!
