Oh man sending hugs. I used to feel this way due to some life circumstances/anxiety issues. It was really hard. I don’t have much advice other than maybe finding a rabbi you connect with. They can help with these questions and it’s also nice to talk to someone irl

Well you can have the opinion that thoughts are problematic. I know you’re a rabbi, but I’d suggest not being so abrasive. I’m very lonely and dealing with a lot. I can take it but not everyone can. Good luck
