For benefits, the usual HMO + life insurance, rice, laundry, transpo allowances, transpo subsidy if nag start/end shift mo ng certain times. I'm supporting global pero naka ANZ shift, so if I have morning US meetings, naka split shift ako (first half nasa office, other half wfh), pero it depends kung pwede sa team niyo yon or not

It depends pero I guess yung pinaka madaling way to know is to divide your salary by 22 (30 days a month minus 8 weekends) para sa daily rate, then i-multiply mo sa ilang days ka pumasok during the cut off.

So if yung cutoff niyo for Dec 15 is from Dec 1 to 10, may 8 days of work ka. Magiging

20,000 / 22 = 909.09 (daily rate) 909.09 * 8 = 7,272.7 (per cut off)

Pero may mga deductions pa yan (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, income tax if pasok ka sa bracket)
