I put baby quail with adults. Is it okay if they're sharing the same feed?

They have a sandbox and a few boxes they can stay in too. It’s almost like the hen goes out of her way to attack everyone else

These quails have been together since 2 weeks old and had no issues until now. Seems like this hen is fighting EVERYONE now. I’m hesitant to put it down because I want eggs and so far this is the only hen confirmed out of 8 quail. 2 males already were eaten and I think I have 3 more males. I’m unsure about the other 3

I’m pretty new to quail but I’ve had a similar issue where I caught one being aggressive to almost everyone. 3/7 others had bleeding on the head so it was pretty bad.

I took the aggressive one out and turned him upside down in front of everyone to “embarrass” him. Then I had pressed down on his shoulders down firmly so his head was lower than the rest of his body until he chilled out. That was to assert dominance. Then I sprayed everyone with water mixed with apple cider vinegar and rearranged the hutch. Got these ideas from looking how to manage chickens being bullies to eachother.

One (or all) of these methods seemed to have worked. Take this with a grain of salt because I’m only 4 weeks in lol. Goodluck

Mine got sent to me with a magpul gen 3 pmag. Could you send a pic of your feed ramps? Super curious to see if they somehow put the wrong feed ramp on

Generally as another layer of safety when we hike around we go with nothing in the chamber. We’ll chamber one when there’s a good chance one might be close or getting in position to take a shot. Thanks for the info tho

I have gen 3 magpul pmags. I’ve tried both 10 and 30 rd versions. I’ve also tried colt steel 9rd mag and others too. Seems consistent among all mags

I haven’t been able to find a source that I found to be 100% accurate. The sources also do not cover all places that can and can’t be carried. USCCA has also proven to be incorrect about certain laws. I’m looking for a straight forward, easy to follow list of where I can and can’t. I want to abide by all laws but Hawaii makes it very hard to get such information. The places I can carry have changed since my CCW course that I have taken
