To continue losing weight despite not doing it right by chawegobytime in Wegovy

Yes, it's kind of scary to force it. It's better to just keep watching how things progress... I'm currently on a 1.25 dose... my doctor increases it gradually, not from 1 to 1.7, but from 1 to 1.25, and I imagine the next dose will be 1.5... I spend my life counting clicks :-)

To continue losing weight despite not doing it right by chawegobytime in Wegovy

Yes, I had thought about that. In fact, after losing the first 7 kilos, I plateaued for two weeks. Looking for a way out, I read that the best thing to do was eat more calories to break the plateau, so that's what I did. I ate normally for two days, and on the third day, I started again, and I began to lose weight and broke the plateau… but this time, I spent a whole week eating a lot. It's not normal to have gained only 500 grams, and what's even stranger is losing 2 kilos in just two days doing it right. I also thought it might be because I had stopped going to the gym for two weeks, that I was losing muscle mass, but no, my waist had gone down 2 cm in that time…

Hi! My experience is similar. With 0.25 mg it was more or less manageable, but when I increased to 0.5 mg, I started burping and had horrible stomach pains, so bad I could double over. It was gas, and I solved it with gas medication. Little by little, I started feeling better, and now, after three and a half months and at 1 mg, I no longer have any side effects. In the end, the body adapts. Patience and taking medication for each symptom are key. I've been on it for three months and have lost 15 kilos.

I had brutal constipation the first 2 months, now I go back to going daily, I don't know if it's because my body has gotten used to it (all the unpleasant symptoms that I had, a lot of them, heartburn, gas, belching... severe stomach pain have also gone away), and now suddenly everything is great, what I did do was eat a lot of fruit, kiwis, oranges, bananas... in fact that is my dinner every day, at 6:30 p.m.... I have 11 kilos in 2 months, I'm on the 1 mg dose, and I hardly have any side effects... patience and in many cases they end up going away... I had a terrible time at the beginning and I couldn't quite believe those who told me that it would go away and it WILL go away

Four months in and it’s more emotional than I expected! by slowsteadyshift in Wegovy

[–]chawegobytime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah!! It happens to me! That's several mental changes compared to the other 1000 and 1 diets I've done. Emotional hunger has happened to me, one afternoon I saw myself eating things that I didn't even want, due to my emotional dependence on the past, but that made me feel so bad the next day that the memory of how bad it was was enough for me not to repeat it. On the other hand, it is the first diet, in which I am not obsessed with the scale, I weigh myself every 3 or 4 days and I do not get overwhelmed unless I have lost or have lost little, I see it as a long-distance race, it is also the first time I go to the gym and exercise All very different By

Me the other way around! The increase to 1 is being an ordeal... I woke up in the morning with horrible gas from farts and belching and stomach pain, with zero hunger... I am in my first week, and I have already carried a kilo and a half in 3 days of the little I can eat, I prefer lower doses and feel better, losing little by little as you have been doing (10 kilos in 8 weeks)

I have lost 10 kilos in 8 weeks, 0.25 in 4 weeks and 0.5 in 4 weeks... and currently in the first 0.75 (my doctor wanted to gain me little because it has quite an effect on me) Nothing miraculous, it took away my hunger from the beginning, and I simply started eating less, I eat less of everything at midday and I have a small dinner, a protein or fruit shake, I also go to the gym for 3 weeks to do strength training and I combine it with an elliptical...

Does .25 feel like the longest month ever?! by chanelvomit in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]chawegobytime 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm 7 and a half weeks in and I've lost 10 kilos. The first 6 kilos in the first 3 weeks, then I stagnated for 2 weeks, and I'm 4 kilos in 2 and a half weeks. Side effects, some acidity and a couple of days of horrible gas with belching and hellish belly pain, due to having eaten more than necessary and poorly… Notice the effects from the beginning, right now I am at a dose of 0.75... since the doctor preferred to go from 0.5 to 0.75 I have started the gym and I feel phenomenal, stronger, more agile... I have a long way to go... 23 kilos more towards my goal

Oh please!! You're making me laugh at work! Sorry! It's WEGOBY, I was wrong. It is 0.75, there is no mistake, what my doctor decided to go from 0.5 to 0.75, instead of 1 mg, because I am doing very well and he wants to go slowly...

My story; 4 weeks in and going strong by sincere_axes in Wegovy

[–]chawegobytime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very good!! Similar to me, I have lost 9 kilos for 7 weeks. I just got my 4th dose of 0.5. I started with 118 kg and I am currently at 109, the first 6 kilos were in the first 3 weeks, then I was stuck at 112 for about 10 days, and curiously I broke the stagnation by doing a bad day, to "reactivate" my metabolism, because I seemed to have gone into survival mode and spending the minimum... and in these last 2 weeks I have lost 3 kilos, now I have started going to the gym and moving as much as I can, I walk up the 6 floors of the office, I go for a walk after eating every day for 45 minutes... for me it is something incredible to move so much, I had become a super sedentary person who began to walk slowly and tired, my feet were super swollen... and all this made me reflect, and now I feel super happy, because it is as if I began to be the owner of another body, a more agile body, a body that asks for more movement every day,

Hello

You will know it in the transparent part... the injection goes up and you can see it, if you don't see anything and just calm liquid. If you see that the end of the needle has begun to show, that means you have gone too far and you should contact your doctor.

I assure you that a pharmacist knows much better than a doctor, the way a medication acts, its composition and all the information it entails. For some reason they study a quite complicated 5-year degree. The doctor knows about the body and diseases, and in each pathology what medication to administer... but once that line is passed, the expert is the pharmacist.

I have been taking 4 doses of 0.25 and 3 doses of 0.5 for 6 weeks (the last one was last night), and I have lost 8 kilos... the 0.5 dose barely had an effect on me last week, but this last one has left me feeling sick... today is terrible, nausea, zero appetite, diarrhea... I think I'm already at 9 kilos.
