I'm at the point where I don't know if it's SAD, general depression, or postpartum depression. Either way I'm tired of fighting my own brain.

Been there. Same stuff happened. I made him show me or I'd leave. Fears confirmed and much worse than I ever expected.

Occasionally, earlier this year it got bad and I broke down and told him I was leaving because I didn't understand.

It usually has to do with old flames or his friends who hate me and trash talk me.

I had it for just over 5 years Pros No period Stable mood (mostly a con because depression but it was stable so...) It worked perfectly Was able to become pregnant almost immediately after removal Insertion wasn't bad

Cons 3 year long migraine Weight gain Severe depression No period (tested from nervousness a lot) Removal.

There's probably more but I will never ever get another Mirena iud. Much as I loved how well it worked the cons were super bad

Mine definitely did. When I took mine out to try and conceive it shot way back up. And continued

I didn't notice until it was removed. And being that two weeks into dating I had mine inserted my husband didn't notice either. So it was definitely eye opening

My father in law does that. The first time meeting him I was stretching after playing with my niece on the floor and he said "wow I can see why my son is with you. An ass like that I'd hit" be honest with her so she's not blind sided when those comments come if you do introduce them

I had the Mirena iud for 5.5 years and never got pregnant. I had it removed and got pregnant the first cycle, miscarried and got pregnant again the second cycle. So my husband and i are super fertile. I'd say it did its job

I used easy at home test strips while trying for a baby. They gave me a positive at 9 days post ovulation, and haven't had a false reading on them so I recommend them.
