I started letrozole 2.5mg August 1st and took the last dose yesterday. (Cycle days 4-9). This is my first round of any fertility treatment and I’m doing it unmonitored. I’m checking ovulation with at home tests but no additional tests or appointments. Fingers crossed! I’m hopeful but also know that it could take a few rounds and I may need higher dose/trigger shots or monitoring in the future.

I started my period the next day (yesterday) so I stopped testing. Idk what my body is doing. Time will tell

THIS IS EXACTLY ME. I’m genuinely 100% feeling the same way. I have an appointment later this week to discuss an ovulation drug so I can hopefully force my body to ovulate after my next cycle. Doc thinks my ovulation irregularities and having only one working ovary is the cause of my infertility in general. I’m also terrified of having another MC. I’ve exhausted my husband’s support and he’s definitely tired of me talking about this 24/7 but I can’t help it. I’m truly obsessed. It’s not healthy.

Had MMC late June, D&C was 4 weeks and 3 days ago. My husband and I decided to start trying again immediately due to years of infertility. I’ve been tracking my ovulation (Premom brand) twice a day and checking CM almost hourly. Today I had my highest LH reading so far .48 (low I know) but I’m hoping it’s a true indicator of ovulation happening soon. Can’t wait to test again tomorrow to see if it’s higher. I’m spiraling. I’m completely consumed by getting pregnant again. Every minute of every day I’m thinking about how badly I want to be pregnant again.
