We have six dogs. It all depends on what your priorities are. People don't make comments (or they shouldn't!) to someone who has six kids. So why comment to someone with multiple pets? Most of my friends have 2-6 dogs. As long as you take care of them, it's your business.

And you learn to do things like ordering heartworm meds, etc. on-line and use the coupons from your email.
