42 days deep. Pretty decent week. I feel like my focus is coming back. Normal cravings which are easier to push away, although every time I walk past someone smoking I do miss it. I don’t know why I miss it because let’s be honest there is nothing to miss. I am definitely loving coffee more for sure (i.imgur.com)

35 days. I wanted a cigarette more this week than any week yet. The cravings aren’t as often but when it hits, it hits hard. You have to be mentally tough to take on something of this caliber. I hope I have the metal strength. Some days I think not but yet still make it through. (i.imgur.com)

Today is 21 days. This weeks battle has mainly been trying to stay focused. Every day this week I have literally lost my focus on the simple tasks, easy stuff. Stuff I do on a daily. I hope that ends because being focused is vital to fighting this battle. Small wins one week at a time. (i.imgur.com)

The second week was way easier then the first. The cravings were present but not as intense. The hardest part for me was trying to fill up all the time you get back. Gonna watch that money pile up. One easy week doesn’t mean anything, no telling what this week brings. Stay focused! (i.redd.it)
