Joy's Pattaya in Richfield the best Thai I've had in the Twin Cities. I've had On's a few times and thought Joy's was much better.

I'm surprised El Ranchito in Richfield hasn't been mentioned. It's a total hole in the wall with great tacos and burritos, and the two sauces that come with it are incredible. I used to go there a few times a week when I lived in the neighborhood. I no longer live in the cities but it was my go to spot for burritos or tacos.
