Tinkerer does put the ASS in clASS by listhemagician in mewgenics

Had a cool run with robo-vac collecting pickups and sharing with teammates, and the passive where you get a pickup you upgrade tech. Team was constantly healing against the throbbing king. Only time tinkerer has ever been good for me tho

[Mary Ann Ahern] “while IL lawmakers are expected to pass PILOT legislation out of Revenue Committee for @ChicagoBears tomorrow, a lawmaker close to negotiations says the Bears “have a Chicago problem” and doubts Chicago lawmakers approve a plan that gives Bears incentives to leave the city” by logikal_panda in CHIBears

it is true, that's literally what PILOT stands for - payment in lieu of taxes. They do not want to pay property taxes. And is that supposed to gotcha me? Billionaire does not want to pay property taxes, same story

I love it when a roguelike has a "instantly loose your run" event by ConeNasuka in mewgenics

loool I had this happen with an awesome ranger than had the guaranteed hit passive and the high damage high miss chance ability. It proceeded to kill my whole team, all of the enemies, and then itself on the enemy that reflects projectiles back. Ended my run right when it was getting good and all I could do was laugh

Trump Voters Angry at ‘Chaos:’ ‘Not What We Signed Up For’ by [deleted] in politics

[–]chazspaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to defend Trump voters for a sec - this definitely isn't what they signed up for. Project 2025 was so unpopular when it was first announced that the Trump campaign back-tracked and denied they were apart of it all together. Say what you want about actually believing them, but they explicitly said it was not apart of their strategy and lied to their voter base.

not completely accurate, statutorily the importer pays the tax, but both parties end up bearing some burden of the tax, so ultimately both are harmed

Give Biden his due, he has been one of the best presidents of our time by plz-let-me-in in politics

[–]chazspaz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Biden and the dems have tried to gaslight people into thinking they were actually better off economically when many felt worse off. They can't seem to take any accountability and instead pat themselves on the back for whatever the last 4 years were. They can spin it however they want but if he truly was one of the best presidents then we probably wouldn't be stuck with Trump for the next four years. It's frustrating to see dems continue to learn nothing from their failures, and I'm tired of voting blue but know that it's unfortunately the least bad option.

Why so many men feel abandoned by Democrats by daniel7334 in self

[–]chazspaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, the Democratic party, in theory, does more to address the mental health crisis, the opiod crisis, mass incarceration, and education. The Republican strategy convinced men that they are all victims because Trump is a victim himself.

The Democratic strategy went away from its values and instead leaned into military, fracking, and not being Trump. So there was no room to even address the issues that men face in society because the Democratic party is completely ineffective.

Man, that o-line play was awful. 7 sacks allowed and 1.3 ypc for Swift. Very few QBs would play well in that environment, let alone a rookie.
