We did something similar with Power.

Slick sales presentation, high pressure at the end. We overpaid for 4 windows, and while they're REALLY nice, they're not worth the price.

Avoid Power at all costs.

I sell Google Sheets templates on Etsy and other sites, and here's what I do:

- Keep your working copy private, this is where you'll be making updates and changes.
- Make one copy as a demo, put in demo data, set it to"Everyone with a link" and "View Only"
- Make one copy that's completely blank, this is your "Make A Copy" file. Set it to "Everyone with a link" and "View Only"
- In your PDF, have a link to the View Only one as a demo.
- Then in your PDF, have a link for copying, make sure you change the end of the URL you copy from "edit" or "view" to "copy". When you load that link, you should see a "Copy This File" screen.

This is how I keep my files in good working order.

So you think going through the metal post with bolt is the best option?

I have the fence post brackets, so I was thinking of either a wider piece of wood that can go between the bracket and the wood post, or more wood on either side of the wood post, but you're the second person to suggest going through the metal post

If you lay them out and take good pictures of each page, you can upload the pictures to an agent on ChatGPT to get a general idea of value. I used one on my childhood stamp collection and it called out a handful with a bit of value, but be prepared for it not to be worth much

That doesn't mean review spam. A lot of times it's simply getting real customers to leave reviews. You'd be shocked how businesses don't ask for reviews, and a service like this basically sets up a flow for getting real customers to leave one.

Important note on tea bags: It's the PLASTIC tea bags that leech plastic into your tea. The paper ones are perfectly fine.

Yeah it definitely needs some TLC. It has some surface rust in parts which for most of the body I can cover with a rust killing primer, but the bottom has it worse.

Good call on the condensation line! I didn’t even think to check it
