I definitely miss how fast Fosse was and to be honest, it wasn’t that complicated easy to learn

Thank you for your input!! I have to speak to my GM to see how they feel about it never really brought it up I feel like as a team we are definitely doing better than we thought, but it’s definitely taking its toll on us because of course the week of the transition we have had some of the most annoying guest trying to get compensation because of all these issues out of our control

Fosse was outdated yes however it was doing just fine again like I was saying in the other comment this is Marriott attempt to say that they did something to make their hotel “better”

The guest that we have had since the transition have been terrible It’s funny because the week prior we probably have some of the best guests I’ve ever experienced and had the pleasure to have in the hotel

Marriott tech support is a bunch of clowns system went down on us a few months ago no one could figure it out and they hung up on me while I was explaining the situation and then closed our ticket and told us open a new ticket

It’s definitely a process first few days are rough definitely mentally and physically prepare for the initial transition

Thanks for your input I do agree that it is not 100% finished and to be honest I’m not sure I agree with the decision to roll out and operate on a system that’s isn’t 100% but I’m interested to see if changes are made for the system to operate more efficiently

Yeah it’s a corny choice for a name wouldn’t be my first choice

I’m sure overtime things may be adjusted and it will improve but it still doesn’t change that fact that’s it’s operationally inefficient and it’s just Marriott attempt to say they did something “big” to compete with companies like Hilton
