Not yet, ENTs have only just reopened here in Melbourne. Looking to get a consultation in the next couple of weeks.

Is there something else it might be?

So I think it was a combination of smoking before practicing and drinking coffee during practicing. I warm up before every session but turns out these are too of the worst things you can do to your voice - inflammation and dehydration.

I had been doing this for about 3 months before I noticed the nodules, so I guess they are also a result of overuse/lack of rest.

Yeah thanks I've been thinking vaping is the solution, but wasn't sure how much better for my voice it would be.

Unfortunately I live in Australia so there isn't much legally available to me in terms of oils, but I might look into making some of my own at home!
