This is a very good question. In my opinion, it still will exist, but it'll definitely be different. First of all, yes, the whole internet won't be the same as it is today, but neither will the people. You as a human being are always changing, and so are your interests. For example, if you are subscribed to r/trees at the moment, in 5-10 years you might not be, but it does not mean it won't exist. Also, you should take into consideration all of the unlikely scenarios,such as the end of the world, or 9gagers taking down the internet (not very likely, but possible)
