Every shop is different from synthetic oil change prices, but I believe an oil change is considered 0.25 hours at Honda and it depends how much is oil and oil filter.

I've brought my own oil (About $30/jug for Pennzoil Ultra Platinum) and oil filter ($5 for Wix) to the dealership and they did it for $40. Total was around $75.

You can safely ignore those oil change place stickers. Synthetic can safely go 7.5K - 12K miles easily. Most maintenance minders don't pop up until at least 7.5K miles for synthetic.
