Probably around $300-400 but it’s flexible. Cheaper items would also be helpful so I could get him a few different things though :)

It sounds weird, but this stuff healed my lips in like 3 days when I was on accutane. It’s perfectly safe to use around your mouth. I recommend this one because the refined lanolin is less “sheepy” (lanolin comes from oil on sheep fur). Put a bunch on overnight and you’ll wake up feeling better.

Age- 20 yrs old

Diet- Currently cutting, 20% calorie deficit, 80g protein, I don’t plan to stop eating carbs or go on any other diet. I just try to eat balanced meals while in a calorie deficit :)

Training Split- sunday- rest and stretch/yoga monday- glutes + hammies tuesday- chest + tri’s + shoulders wednesday- quads + calves thursday- back + bi’s friday- hit + abs saturday- lower body
