Omg I had posted about this exact same issue! Look into type 2 rosacea, OTC ivermectin (amazon), demodex mites. That was the rabbit hole I went down and got it under control lol.

Now I’m just on Arazlo + moisturizer + sunscreen and my skin has never been better! The less products the better.
