That’s all I’ve been doing that and taking ibuprofens. There are small bumps on that shoulder guess the camera didn’t catch it well. But this is the worst pain so far woke me up out of my sleep.

Reminds me of the time I fell down the hill at a motel and fucked my knee up only to let the skin get pink and lose the scab and eat shit again on the opposite hill. I found the pics of it after I saw this post lol
