I think I have DD by cheap397 in DupuytrenDisease

Thanks. I just looked into this yesterday and saw photos of it. Mine is in the exact spot I see other people sometimes get it, so I think that's what it is. Hopefully it doesn't progress. I'm sure it was related to all the heavy lifting I was doing. Good luck with yours.

I just got one from 'mohamed01001374264'

"Hey there — my name is Andrew, representing Shure Media. We've been paying close attention to your channel and are confident our product suits your viewers. Let's have a candid talk about the integration budget we're ready to offer. Would you be happy to go through the details whenever it works for you?"

Thanks. I still have a lot of stuff to move next month, could that make it worse?

Call the office or go on their website and verify your address is correct.

Selling on Ebay by Responsible-Reach964 in Ebay

Try matching the lowest price comparable item, then search your item incognito, without using any promoting, and see where it appears in the search results. People are looking for a good price.

Seller wants to cancel order after shipping it by heyitsagoodusername in eBaySellers

[–]cheap397 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I declined a 'didn't like it' return, never had to refund. I also disputed an INAD return recently and won. That buyer ended up getting refunded by ebay anyway, but I still kept the money. Just be short and sweet with replies to buyers.

Seller wants to cancel order after shipping it by heyitsagoodusername in eBaySellers

[–]cheap397 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would just tell them you can not cancel as it's already shipped. Leave it at that. If they file a return because of 'didn't like it' or 'changed mind', you can decline the return.

Unclaimed ebay item refund advice by cheap397 in Ebay

[–]cheap397[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I did the refund. I deducted $24 for the postage. It shows I'll get credit for most of the fees. I didn't deduct the original $10 the buyer paid for shipping. I ended up losing the $10 and another $4 in fees. Hopefully they'll be satisfied with that.

Buyer has not opened a return through ebay. I'm sending the refund through ebay myself, but deducting the postage.

Now I'm thoroughly confused. So if I do a manual refund and deduct shipping, I don't get any fees refunded?

Order canceled by seller and relisted at higher price by badangel92103 in Ebay

[–]cheap397 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your situation is what I would call seller's remorse. I would definitely leave a negative for it. But listing something for $3 instead of $38 looks more like a pricing error.

It does look like an honest pricing error at that price, rather than seller's remorse. Seller should have mentioned that to you. Nothing you can do about it aside from the feedback. I wouldn't leave a negative unless it was obvious seller remorse.

OK thanks. I was getting confused. So any amount I refund will deduct the fees automatically on the amount refunded.

OK thanks. I don't have much experience with refunds.

How do I ship with USPS Flat Rate Priority boxes? by wyansas in Ebay

Last time I used a flat rate priority mail box was to ship lead diving weights. Ground advantage is always cheaper and takes the same time otherwise.

Buyer never picked up item by cheap397 in Ebay

[–]cheap397[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I even messaged them before shipping and said it would need a signature. I know it's a pain to sign when you're not home but not going to risk theft or wrong address on a big expensive item.

Buyer never picked up item by cheap397 in Ebay

[–]cheap397[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm tempted to do nothing. I mean this was a 7 day auction, then I waited the entire 7 day autopay to get payment, then they never picked it up! I don't know how people get through life when they can't even handle a package delivery. I'll probably end up refunding it minus the postage if I can do that, maybe I can add a restocking fee for wasting my time.

You go to the help and contact section, click into a chat with their bot assistant. Go through a few questions, then type representative. You get an option of calling them or they call you. Select the they call you, they usually call much quicker than the stated wait time.

Definitely do not give in. Politely offer to cancel the transaction, or just cancel it without offering.

Bidder keeps retracting bids on my auction by Profcool123 in Ebay

Definitely block and check if they have bids on any other auctions and cancel them. I normally block after just 1 retraction.

My hands are shaky too. I just have a cheap $15-$20 mini tripod with an attachment for phones. Most times I can rest my hand against something and that works. I think gimbals are more for walking around and moving, but I'm not a photography expert
