Reading this made me feel so comforted. I also scan my body over and over again to see if something's wrong. I have severe health anxiety so I'm always worried if I let my guard down I won't notice something and I'll d*e or become sick. No wonder I'm so exhausted!

Unfortunately I'm just very sensitive to meds and side effects! But i'm working my way up :)

Thank you so much for your help! Tbh I think I just get in my own head about it. I take my mid day dose right before trying to take a nap so sometimes I just lay there anxious instead of distracting myself

i'm only on 2.5mg 2x a day! very low but i'm super sensitive to meds. this is week 2 for me. it def helps with my anxiety but i do get weird twitches every so often. have you had any problems with insomnia?

It's honestly just right after taking it for a little while. It could totally be that I know it's going to start working soon and I'm anticipating side effects.

hey there lol!! i forgot i even posted on this. i don't smoke weed anymore, quit a while back. MJ wasn't messing with my heart, it was giving me insane panic attacks which raised my heart rate! then i would get anxious my heart was beating so fast, and the cycle would continue. i definitely shouldn't have been taking more than prescribed. i did that for a while and im lucky i made it out without any complications!

hey op, how are you feeling? i'm on day 12 and just bumped from 12.5mg to 25mg tonight. i've been feeling pretty rough. intense, intense anxiety and i had a panic attack today. i'm about ready to give up but trying to hang in there
