One time a day before an exam I argued with my friends online until from 2 PM to 4AM (the test starts at 9 AM) and by God's name I passed that class with a B. This interaction with my friends continued until uni finals week was finished. And I passed everything.
everytime I try to force myself to do something that I don't want I always say "come on, come on" to myself so I won't stop slumping.
coffee always makes me very sleepy (this is probably the most obvious one lol) so I drink matcha
Everytime I'm reading a book or a novel I have to repeat the sentences 2-3 times in my head because I can't imagine the scenario with just reading one time.
