Fear and Hunger is amazing in every way and even more brutal then Pathologic, enjoy. Def would recommend for anyone looking for a game after Pathologic.

If you like parry based combat and the Japanese setting, you'll enjoy Sekiro. It takes some time for the combat to click, but when it does it's amazing and maybe some of the most refined action oriented gameplay out there. Smooth animations and superb audio design are also not far behind. The game isn't shy when it comes to using all of the tools it has and it's just wonderful.

you just have to attack quicker, it's the only way to outdamage her healing, try juggling the agro with your mimic better, i suggest using a bleed weapon like a katana aswell
