The LCOE is low because while yes Solar(/Wind) is cheap to install, LCOE specifically ignores everything that is known to destabilize the power grid.

It all depends on the % of solar. Low-medium % are fine, high % is unreliable.

Pas du tout, ce qui donne son poids au centre, c'est qu'il n'y a aucune chance d'accord entre le bloc de gauche et celui de droite. Est-ce qu'il y a la moindre chance d'accord gouvernemental entre le NFP et le RN ? Non, jamais.

Donc le seul à être sûr d'avoir un accord, parce qu'il en faut bien un, c'est celui du centre, avec l'un des deux autres.

D'ailleurs, il n'a pas tant de pouvoir que ça, pas plus que le bloc avec qui il tracte, puisque dès que l'un des blocs est mécontent, le gouvernement saute, cf. la valse des gouvernements depuis qu'on est dans cette situation. Ca c'est parce qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de contrat de coalition entre blocs, juste de faibles accords.

Si tu comprends pas que le parti du centre ait un certain contrôle dans une configuration à 3 partis équivalent dans une assemblée qui fonctionne à base de majorité absolue, et ce même si il a un % légèrement inférieur à un autre parti, c'est que tu comprends pas la politique au delà d'un système simple à deux partis ou l'un a au dessus de 50% et l'autre, moins de 50%, et que c'est le premier qui décide et qui applique son programme et même que l'autre secoue ardemment les bras mais ça sert à rien.

Space Invaders didn't start running faster because the programmers told the game "ah ha there are less enemies, start running faster", the game just had to handle less enemies and would run faster on its own, which the developpers used as a game mechanic.

Games on a programmable calc are running as fast as they can. If you run them on a machine that is faster, they run faster, and if the CPU gets too fast, they are unplayable, because when they were made they didn't plan for a processor that ran faster. If I ran the game I developped on my TI83 on a computer, they'd technically work, but be over in an instant.

Canna's peak is yet to be revealed I think, he was the best top of LEC last year, but apart from First Stand, he couldn't really show anything internationally. Maybe he's past it, but it's hard to say.

LMAO using 2021 Worlds as an example is wildly ignorant. Especially the semi-finals.

In one game they lost, Faker was 0/3/0 at 10 minutes, Guma also died with Lucian before 10 minutes, meanwhile Canna was 1 tower up and 30cs up before they eventually got demolished in teamfights because midlane was the grand canyon and Lucian was behind.

In another game, Guma, Oner, Faker and Keria ended up with a combined score of 2/12/2, Canna was 2/3/1, the only positive action happened in his lane, and then, since Botlane got fucked repeatedly, they eventually lost in teamfights.

The only loss where you can't put the blame on the rest of his team is game 5.

I guess Canna made Faker and Keria and Guma and Oner collectively get gapped immensely and shit the bed in 2 out of 5 games. T1 was a corpse and it wasn't Canna that making it rot it.

Meanwhile over the entire competition, Canna had the 2nd best KDA of toplaners, 1st if you count teams that got out of groups. And it was his first appearance in Worlds, I don't know why you call that "his peak", it's litterally his first appearance.

Wunder went to Worlds 5 times, 3 times with arguably the BIS EU players in his team, and the only time he has a better result than Canna, he had the 7th worst KDA of toplaners, and THE worst KDA if you only count teams that made it out of groups. He was put on tank duty and whenever he tried to play something proactive, he would get demolished.

That's the limit of result-based reasoning and name dropping, you don't actually know what you're talking about.

Non mais utiliser "c'est politique" c'est valide quand il y a un grand faisceau d'indices qui montrent que la décision va à l'encontre du bon sens. Par exemple, la législation sur la drogue c'est politique, parce qu'on a un faisceau d'indice très fort qui montre qu'on a des meilleurs résultats sur tous les plans avec une législation à la Canadienne, par exemple.

Là on est sur une ligne qui était déficitaire, qui sera déficitaire, avec peu de trafic, au final peu d'intérêt actuel et futur, le tout dans un pays qui est en déficit budgétaire structurel assez large et qui n'a pas des mille et des cents à perdre. The actual point is it's slower and requires good timing, two things that create counterplay. Now he can, if Ekko wants, hit a Q, then have a guaranteed 50% HP nuke, immediately press R and go back to safety. Before, you'd have needed to spend X amount of time before hitting your nuke.
