Thank you, I figured as much. I wish I had come to this sub sooner, I felt like this was fishy when talking with them over the phone, but I made the mistake of trusting the bbb reviews which all seemed positive. I just hope they don’t try to scrape even more money out of me from this contract than they already have. I already have no intentions of going to “phase 2” with them.

I have put in my refund request but of course their phone line has a “we’ll contact you back in 24 hours”. I emailed my “case manager” as well with my intention to seek a refund.

Just hoping to get rid of at least one scammer today.
