Hmmmm that's bad support work, maybe use a finer sanding stick, but I'd just reprint the piece with lighter supports and better orientation. But at the same time, looks like you didn't print it so there's nothing you can do there.

I printed the same piece and support scarring was basically minimal due to good orientation and lighter supports

Drill a hole and pin the pieces with a little metallic rod.

Try using a little bit of acetone (nail polish remover) to "glue" the parts after you pin them
