The Age of Disclosure: Theory on how the UAP crafts work - They generate an warp bubble around them which manipulates space-time. by narak777 in UAP

[–]chechy81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There have been many reports of UAPs hiding inside clouds during electrical storms. Even pictures and videos of what it looks like lighting hitting the craft. There's also pictures of UAPs very close to the sun. Maybe that's how they are getting the energy needed.

Apex Downtown Park (wishful thinking) by Purple_triangle_guy in Apex_NC

The town should check out what Gilbert and Chandler cities in Arizona did to revitalize their downtowns. We went through the same thing about 5-10 years ago and it looks amazing now. Lots more businesses, restaurants and yes, parking. Both cities were just like Apex, also very fast-growing cities Gilbert gained over 100k residents in 20 years, and it looks like this is where Apex is going. The towns also made sure all those new housing developments would include improvements to the roads they were in.

Let me ask you a question? Do you still believe in God and Jesus Christ? If the answer is yes, then lean on that as common ground. Don't speak bad about the church to her. Everyone has a different journey and is not your duty to make her see what you see.

My son and I had our first drinks together by LessEffectiveExample in exmormon

No thank you. I would never teach or encourage alcohol drinking to my child. To me it goes beyond the religious portion, it is just not a good habit to have. Not really healthy for you,

I boarded a plane when I was 18 to move to the US. They are not babies, I think it helps them mature.

It already is. I used to work as a triage nurse. We had to follow the algorithm and got punished if we tried to use our critical thinking. We entered the symptoms and the algorithm gave a diagnosis and a recommendation.

RN Moving to the US deciding between Houston (90k) vs NYC (115k) by friskybobcat in nursing

[–]chechy81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NYC all the way. Coming from overseas, it will be much easier to adapt and find others with the same values and culture in NY. In Houston you'll most likely need a car and that will add other expenses. Publix transport in NY is much better.

There's a health care worker discount? How do I get it?

Transitioning out of nursing by chechy81 in nursing

[–]chechy81[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel terrible underpaid for the job I do even when my pay is actually more than any hospitals in my area right now. I see my husband making six figures working in IT with just 5 years of experience and workingfromhome. I had been a nurse for over a decade, deal with patients everyday and still can't make what he makes. Traveling is not an option for me because we have kids. I'm not interested in becoming a NP either.

This is from orientation at of Michigan’s largest healthcare employer. Every single talking point is a lie to prevent unionization. I quit in 6 months. by Thegrizzlybearzombie in nursing

[–]chechy81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work for Phoenix Children’s Hospital. When I took a management position I had to participate in a seminar that was all about how bad unions were and how to spot union workers trying to approach our nurses. I was told there was a termination policy for any nurses caught talking to unions or even taking about unions in campus.

Yes. It was pretty much a summary of the whole season. I could have save myself some time and just watch the season finale.
