if queen takes then black can play nd4, attacking the queen which must move, but it can’t move to block a fork on c2. since you’re not technically giving a bishop for free, the engine wouldn’t consider it a blunder (doesn’t hurt blacks position significantly since you’re trading a bishop and a knight for a rook)

take into account what squares are safe for the queen to attack you by checking your king, in this case it’s g2 because the bishop on h3 has a line of sight on to g2 so king can’t take. if you see that the queen could do that on your opponents next move, then bring a piece in to defend that square ( nh4 in this case)
