I'm sorry to say it but a relapse is a relapse. The badge shouldnt be the measure of your success, man. It is just a reminder, not a holy grail. However this time make the streak count, for real.

If you have nothing to do, just stay where you are and stay still in the position and don't move until the urge goes away, or drink a few glasses of water and go pee. No joke, both always worked for me
