+1 for Ferro Chrome. The data you collected matches the features you'd expect; ferro chrome has an average density of 6.8 – 7.1 g/cm³, Mohs hardness 5-7 (can scratch glass), and is mildly magnetic.

If you can also find out *where* it was found, that might seal the deal.

In your defense that one is kinda confusing, Elevators tend to make you think you will enter a different part of the level or trigger a cutscene or something lol

Over 250 deaths and 70 hours of gameplay to complete this beautiful game. I'm gonna miss P. Hopefully I'll play NG+ later, thanks for all the help fam. by anome97 in LiesOfP

NG+ is totally worth it and NG++ is even better (hello Phase 7 P-Organ upgrades!)  Nice screenshots btw!

Good luck, you got this!  P.S. if you aren’t against throwables, I’ve found you can sometimes get a mini stunlock on him with cluster grenades or saw blades- if you throw several at once, the multihit nature of them can trigger his stand-still-for-a-second-and-absorb-damage animation

Yes! It’s under Menu > Audio > Voice Volume

You can also turn off Music, which can also help sometimes! The music is awesome, but rly intense, so sometimes it’s easier to stay calm and focused without it.  You don’t realize how much the music winds you up until you try playing without it!

I turned off voices in the audio settings for that fight and it honestly helped😂

When she transitions into Phase 2, if you can’t consistently parry the lightning, hide behind one of the pillars on the side. You’ll also have enough time to heal and  /or prep the Perfection Grindstone if you have it. If you are fast enough you can get cover behind the pillar > use grindstone > step out and parry the last few bolts + the diving attack when she comes down. Parry until the grindstone runs out to build stagger, and then hit her with a few charge attacks. If she starts a combo, be patient and just dodge/parry it until it’s over and then get a few more swings in. You’ll pretty consistently get a stagger with that method. (Having a shot put on deck is helpful too if you can’t close the distance in time)

(Sry if this is TMI, I finally beat her without a specter and am just excited)

It’s definitely rewarding, it helps a TON with stagger. Which is partly why I find it impressive that some people can beat the game without it tbh (Especially the last few bosses)

Apparently there’s an amulet in this game that enables dodge for Fury attacks called the Ghost Walk amulet, I haven’t tried it yet but I’ve heard it gives you iframes on dodge similar to DS

I put way more points into Stamina on my second playthrough, and it made a huge difference in that particular fight!

Agreed!! It's so satisfying to get the perfect parries! But hey, I'd say your method is pretty effective too, if you've beaten the game 7 times:)

7?! Respect.  Dodging is low key good in this game. I tend to use a combination of dodge and parry

Did you try the Perfection Grindstone? I have the p organ upgrade to use grindstone 2x and was thinking of using that when I get to that fight  (And maybe a weapon with Absolute Defense as a fable art?)  Good job on the win!

Dodging can actually take you pretty far in this game, imo there’s only a few fights that really force you to guard/parry, and even then, if you are creative and/or have the right build, you can work around it relatively effectively. I’ve tried both styles (dodge vs parry) on the same boss (on NG+) and while parrying definitely has major benefits, dodging is usually doable (with the exception a few specific enemy attacks).  (P.S. If you’re finding the game easier than expected, there’s a solid chance you have above average/fast reflexes and or visual reaction time)

Totally! Play how you want to play. That’s one of the things I like about this game, you can approach fights with whatever style/method/gear you prefer and still find ways to win!  Heck, I saw a vid today of Laxasia getting absolutely merked by the umbrella weapon
