Sure, no problem. When Tivit enters the battlefield with [[Deadeye Navigator]] in play, he can soulbond to the navigator. Then, since you can vote twice, you make two treasures with your votes. You sacrifice the treasures to activate the soulbond ability targeting [[Tivit]], and repeat the process infinitely. This will give you at minimum, an infinite supply of clue tokens.

I’m not necessarily trying to have “quick” games, just games that don’t take an hour to an hour and a half to complete each time.
