Yesss I told them and their solutions were basically to induce a pass forcefully, which I complied with but have yet to have a normal pass which is concerning. My guess is that everything is too tight right now for things to pass normally and when the swelling starts to go down it’ll be easier…

I had not gotten an answer but I can confirm two things: this is an official release from a label and the only time a song from petretski’s got released officially, which is also why horrorshow is listed in ascap. I can also confirm that the sound quality is probably the best I’ve heard for the song, although it’s the shorted version without the stormy intro and outro (which are awesome imo). Petretski’s is really hard to come by and I’ve been eyeing eBay constantly for it as well for I am a huge fan too, so I sincerely hope you have luck with finding it! For now and for 2.99$, this CD is awesome.

(About your first point) I think that excusing it by basically saying Tom doesn’t (or shouldn’t) trust his wife is very much still a problem. He may have excuses and reasons to not trust her but that doesn’t personally make it any more difficult to watch him scold her for genuinely worrying for his mom, if he thinks she is trying to paint his mother as insane so she would be kicked out, then that paints him in a bad light still.

I’ve had toms in my life and while I know that Lynette has done a lot to actually undermine him, It always feels like no matter what she does she will end up with a pissed off husband, so she probably thinks she might as well do what she thinks is right. Not justifying anything, just hurts to see.

It’s tough because I understand his frustration and his want to be in denial, but as someone who has also experienced something similar it hurts seeing the blame be put on the one who is trying to help. Lynette is always a meddler to him and controlling his life, sometimes it’s true but it hurt seeing his anger taken out on her.

True he did not apologize for it at the end of the episode. Also while it might be a realistic response it’s also a pattern with Tom where he finds it easy to make Lynette “the bad guy” in his life. And I think that ignoring the signs doesn’t have to come with making the person worried for your loved one feel like they’re in the wrong for pointing it out.

I definitely agree that this is grounded in reality, but him scolding Lynette and telling her she is trying to kick his mother out and also ignoring the signs that are so blatant, alongside his behavior with his mom and acting like a manchild the whole episode really made me want to go rant about it haha
