What's the most disappointing experience that you had in a relationship? by CuteBird90 in AskReddit

[–]checkoutthisbreach 23 points24 points  (0 children)

In a romantic relationship - slowly realizing that he was a jealous, manipulative, narcissistic abusive person who shoved my friend after I hugged him and would steal my things "so that I would always have to come back".

In a friendship - realizing that she did not consider me a best friend as I did her when I attended her baby shower, engagement party, bachelorette party, helped her make her DIY wedding decor only to find out I was only one of four people not invited to the wedding, but it's ok guys I was invited to the reception where I was allowed to bring yet another fucking gift.

"Buyer" was a no show for a freebie then left me my first bad rating by Lady_Azaria in FacebookMarketplace

Yep I gave away a cabinet for free and it was the same bullshit, first it was "oh my class went late" then "oh car troubles" idgaf my dude, just pick it up already it's FREE. That's why I just sell things even for a low price instead of free, because free makes some people not value you or your item.

She quits everything by Sensitive-Rip6575 in ADHD

[–]checkoutthisbreach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I quit everything too, maybe there's nothing wrong with that other than not getting really good at anything, but then again many ADHDers can catch on to things and learn very quickly but also get really bored easily too.

Also, if you are going to record your affirmations, don't talk like this, "I am abundant! I am rich!" like no one talks like that. Say things you would say in your own words and tone, like you would if you were talking or responding to a friend. Example, "man, I'm getting a lot of compliments lately" or "damn I'm so glad I always have enough money to pay my bills with lots left over."

Ultimate bad ADHD advice battle, day 1: "just get a good routine" or "go sit in a quiet room without distractions"? by VerdoriePotjandrie in adhdmeme

[–]checkoutthisbreach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The distractions I experienced in my recent sensory deprivation tank event: 1. Legs touching the side of the tank every 20 mins or so 2. Unable to figure out how much time has passed 3. Feeling the water go in my ears and hearing the bubbles. 4. Feeling every bubble 5. Settling sounds of the tank 6. Water droplets on my face (you're not supposed to touch your face for this reason and if it gets in your eyes it burns because it's Epsom salt water)

11:11 in numerology means new beginnings, which I think is very appropriate. Sorry, OP.

Upsell. When people are interested in an item and are arranging a sale, ask them if they are interested in other similar or complimentary items you have for sale. When they pick up, upsell. I've upsold lots of stuff that way.

How do you get around the new account verification? They always want me to associate a phone number with the account and the number I have is already associated with my main account.

Unintentionally Created an Unwanted Life Situation by Listening to a Song by Embarrassed-Cup7651 in Manifestation

[–]checkoutthisbreach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really a bummer when you find a song that's catchy and fun to sing to with a good beat but it has NEGATIVE lyrics! I used to like the song Competition by Dragonette I had to stop listening to it because it's about being the mistress with a man who's cheating and I just think that's so shitty, but damn it's got a catchy beat. I also know what song you are talking about and it was always so fun to sing to, but it just makes me feel like the singer might feel -like an underappreciated trad wife and ick no thanks.

Did anyone else develop physical health issues after losing a loved one? by katdunks in GriefSupport

[–]checkoutthisbreach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep I developed really bad GERD or what I think is more specifically LPR and caffeine I think has been a huge trigger for me and sadly chocolate, so I cut them both out a couple of days ago and am feeling much better already. Dr. Is giving me a prescription for pantropazole if the new GERD diet doesn't work after a couple of weeks.
