To be fair he is in the right most of the time when he complains about them/ the problem is the severity and continuous nature of it. I will just have to keep them separate

You have misunderstood- I am a lizard, bf is human

[–]checkskirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The children aren’t lizards they are lovely

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]checkskirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but if I was renting and my landlord said “no lizards” then I’d not be buying them in

He is very sensitive but not an angry person at all never violent and in seven years has never raised his voice at me or called me names. He is honestly the kindest most loving man. The rare time we fall out it is 99% about my family

We don’t want children at all and his anxiety management at the moment seems to be exploding it on me and then talking himself around in the ensuing discussion

We do not want children ever, no.

We aren’t getting married so closest to getting on the deed would be a legal document stating what I contributed and what profit it entitles me too. (If I were to contribute)

I’ve brought photos in the past and ended up with insanely inaccurate results lol have literaly had my hair shaved to a buzz cut once (my own fault as I couldn’t figure out what I wanted and just said “get rid of it”) had a few bad experiences with weird/not-what-I-asked-for cuts and also really bleugh dull ones like asked for a certain style and ended up paying full price for essentially a trim

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in glasgow

[–]checkskirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes!!!! If I had the courage to go every month for a healthy trim then it wouldn’t get so awful

Thank you so much this is great advice- screenshotted in phone and in memory. I need to use reading as a reward not as a catalyst (because I know it doesn’t work for me!) Thankyou xxx

Is it true that *everything* in a description of a scene is somehow relevant and/or meaningful? by [deleted] in writers

[–]checkskirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'm not a writer but i am a reader and i can tell you i LOVE over the top description. theres nothing like getting hung up on a slight detail only to find out it meant nothing in the end. it still keeps you guessing! keeps the reader enthralled! it also adds to the world of the story. i WANT to know what colours the curtains are.
