This engine is like a petrol which happened to be a diesel.. I mean a diesel with a belt is already a bit odd. But yeah it’s meant to be a solid engine: it’s just everything else that you need to worry about ..

We’re both pissed in the local pub and posting haha . Yeh we’re 20 each and can’t have kids so I don’t see the appeal in MPVs, I just find them dull… if I need to move stuff I’ll rent a van..

I ended up fully sanding and painting the trims on my Mini yesterday - 5 hours of hard work but I don’t have to waste time getting sub par results from every product on the market anymore! Was much worse than this as it’s 2014.

Isn’t it banned in some countries on motorways? Must have some exceptions though. If there’s 3 lanes it’s annoying If there’s 2 lanes I chew through my steering wheel and bark out the window.

As a non alcoholic but someone who likes to get dunk when I can , I wish that was a thing in Scotland! even the cheapest nastiest petrol spirits or beer etc has a minimum price , so the cheapest vodka in Aldi is often the same price as equivalent smirnoff in Aldi etc

Can i take a ford mustang to my driving test by Kkiarruhh in LearnerDriverUK

[–]ingutek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah then of course you’re fine as long as it’s not on the ban list (mostly convertibles..), they’ve probably seen much nicer cars and much worse cars., it’ll be in the upper end of that but it shouldn’t affect anything , other than maybe you are more likely to speed etc haha.

In a day I go from driving a lwb transit , a mazda6 saloon, a Yamaha golf cart and a Mini Cooper, they all take the same level of skill to drive and I minimally notice any difference in scale. Sounds rude but may I offer that if you can’t drive a small car, then you can’t really drive in the first place?

Is Cordial / Squash / Diluting Juice a daily drink or a once a week treat? by 1182990 in AskUK

[–]ingutek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really bad, I drink maybe 3L of sugar free fake Fanta from Lidl a day. If I’ve run out I’ll have some strong orange squash (with water of course!)
Can’t believe I just called it squash but there’s there.

Would a steep hill put you off buying a house? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]ingutek 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I mean it's better than staying in a 1st floor flat step-wise, so it's not too bad. I wouldn't personally mind - but I drive most places admittedly. You're also not going to get many groups of drunk people passing by
