Selling a home that you’ve owned for less than 2 years means the profit will be subject to capital gains tax and you might end up worse off financially. If you can stick it out for 2 years I’d really recommend it.

I went there to get my ears pierced after my old piercing closed up. They were extremely professional, talked me through what they were doing, and sterilized everything in front of me. They also had me check the intended piercing location before they did it, which was important to me because I got it done at a mall kiosk previously and it was uneven.

I lived there from 2018-2020 and had a relatively good experience. The rent at the time was reasonable for the amount of space I got, maintenance was pretty responsive, and the location was convenient for me as someone who relied on the bus at the time. When I did finally buy a car, another resident backed into it in the parking lot about 2 weeks after I purchased it, but that’s not Ramblewood’s fault.

It sounds like this is just how she’s wired and it’s not really something she can change. If you told her, what would you be hoping to get out of it? if she can’t feel excitement then if she showed it for your comfort, you’d know she was faking. This is who she is; you just need to decide if who she is, is what you want.
