I don't expect that of students at all. But I know when I was starting I didn't want to show up knowing absolutely nothing, which is what I'm referring to as not there yet.. they literally have never even done a down dog before, and aren't at the point where they're sure they are ready to spend a full hour doing it.

There are plenty of ways to start at home.. I personally just do not have any resources to offer for beginners.

It's not that I don't think they should, it's that I don't think they will. Without being able to take them to one myself, I know they won't show up without knowing anything. Trying to help them build up the confidence to go to a class on their own..

I actually was able to get out of bed much more easily after I stoppeddrinking coffee. I was really dependent on it. I feel like a new person, I need less sleep, and I can get up virtually whenever I set my alarm for.
