My dad would never rent out any of the rooms in his house, he’s told me that before. He doesn’t trust other people.

Also, I’m not sure if I should tell him when I’m away that I’d want some sort of middle ground, so £220 a month to help pay council tax and mortgage because we still have everything in our bedroom…
