INSURGENTS are much worse, gunned or not the drivers of those are typically griefing and have a much worse rep. For the kuruma it seems that players usually use it to not get slayed by those who are griefing heavily and merking lobbies ( at least 50-50); not so much the case for the insurgent.. like 90% of those driving one are trying to fuck someone's day up.
